Our hero, Thomas, upon purchasing a ruined castle on the border of Scotland also becomes the proud owner of a garrison of ghosts. However it is the ghost of Iolanthe that he falls in love with. Upon learning of distant relatives that have bridged the distance of time he decides, as risky as it is, to journey back and save Iolanthe before her murder can take place and bring her, in flesh and blood, to the future. Only once back to his own time not all goes as planned...A must read with plenty of ghost, humor and timetravel for all.
